Our client Agay Barho is looking for a Operations Specialist \- Remote (EST Hours) in REMOTE Agay Barho is seeking a detail\-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team remotely, working full\-time during EST hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. This role requires a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support within a digital environment. The successful candidate will focus on process improvement, workflow optimization, and ensuring that all internal and client deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards. They will play an essential role in collaborating with cross\-functional teams and leveraging project management tools to track and automate tasks effectively. In this position, the Operations Specialist will not manage a team but will be instrumental in supporting operational efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing key performance indicators, and assisting in rolling out new workflows and best practices. The ideal candidate is proficient in Google Workspace applications, has familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp and Asana, and possesses excellent communication skills. Exposure to sales, marketing, or client service tools like Google Business Profile, Local Service Ads, Meta Advertising, Google Advertising, and basic SEO will be considered a valuable asset. **Responsibilities** * Ensure all internal and client deliverables are completed within timelines and meet quality expectations. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to manage and execute project tasks efficiently. * Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, and Zapier to track tasks and automate workflows. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of project activities and communications within the CRM system. * Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to enhance workflow processes. * Support the implementation and rollout of new workflows, procedures, and best practices across teams. * Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators to inform operational adjustments. * Educate and support team members on updated processes, tools, and digital products to ensure smooth adoption. * Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for consistent workflow management. * Analyze operational data and provide detailed insights and reports to the Operations Manager for strategic decision\-making.
