Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join a growing organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Recovery
, along with hands-on experience using
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
. Candidates from the
Construction
or
Trading
industry will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts Receivable cycle.
- Oversee collections and recovery activities to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare financial reports related to receivables and cash flow.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP for day-to-day accounting operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve collection efficiency and business performance.
- Lead and support team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant.
- Strong background in
Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Recovery
.
- Mandatory experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
.
- Prior experience in the
Construction
or
Trading
sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong managerial, leadership, and team-player capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
