Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

HR Manager

to manage day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on supporting and scaling a frontline retail workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Roots HCM

, payroll processing, attendance management, employee relations, recruitment, and UAE labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail operations.
• Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and overtime tracking through Roots HCM.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, commission tracking, and monthly payroll processing.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and retail workforce regulations.
• Manage offboarding processes, final settlements, and HR reporting.
• Support HR system optimization and digital HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in retail or high-volume workforce environments.
• Hands-on experience with

Roots HCM

(Leave, Attendance, and Payroll modules).

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and commission structures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred- Female candidates who can join immediately

Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 13,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
