Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
HR Manager
to manage day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on supporting and scaling a frontline retail workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Roots HCM
, payroll processing, attendance management, employee relations, recruitment, and UAE labour law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail operations.
- Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and overtime tracking through Roots HCM.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, commission tracking, and monthly payroll processing.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and retail workforce regulations.
- Manage offboarding processes, final settlements, and HR reporting.
- Support HR system optimization and digital HR initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in retail or high-volume workforce environments.
- Hands-on experience with
Roots HCM
(Leave, Attendance, and Payroll modules).
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and commission structures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred- Female candidates who can join immediately
Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 13,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
