Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support across corporate and trading operations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and corporate documents.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in high‑value trading activities.
- Support commercial growth initiatives with sound legal strategies.
- Communicate effectively in

Qualifications
- Licensed corporate lawyer with
7+ years of professional experience

- Strong background in trading, commodities, and corporate law.
- Proven expertise in contract management and regulatory compliance.
