We are looking for an experienced ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ to manage end-to-end accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo ERP, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory reconciliation, and cash flow management. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of leading accounting functions while supporting ERP implementation and process improvements.

Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of Odoo ERP (Accounting Module).
Manage daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, receivables, and payables.
Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
Perform bank, cash, general ledger, and inventory reconciliations.
Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and profitability.
Coordinate with banks for export-related financial documentation, including LCs and other trade finance matters.
Develop weekly cash flow forecasts and support financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (Implementation \& Accounting) โ Mandatory.
Experience in manufacturing or textile industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and reconciliations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
