We are seeking someone who excels at both sales coordination and high\-level executive support. If you have a knack for data, seamless administration, and keeping both a sales team and a CEO's office running smoothly, we want to connect with you. **Department:** Sales Support **Education:** Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field) **Experience** : 2–4 Years in sales coordination, administration, or executive assistance **Location:** Karachi **Salary:** Based on experience **Position Overview:** In this unique role, you will be the backbone of daily operations—providing critical administrative, operational, and coordination support to the sales department while acting as the right hand to the CEO. **Key Responsibilities:** **Sales Support:** * Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and business proposals. * Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments. * Interpret and generate data from Excel to prepare monthly sales reports and presentations. * Maintain updated customer databases/CRM and support the team with follow\-ups. * Coordinate seamlessly with accounts, logistics, and operations for flawless order execution. **Assistant to the CEO:** * Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Draft official correspondence, emails, reports, and letters on behalf of the CEO. * Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow\-up actions. * Handle confidential company documents and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. * Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders. **What You Bring to the Table:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must!). * Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is a strong advantage. * A highly organized, detail\-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication and cross\-departmental coordination skills.
