Job Description
Our client **Flowtel Networks** is looking for **Customer Services Representative** in **Lahore.** **Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. * Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. * Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues. * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. * Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer experience. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. **Requirements:** * Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Ability to work in\-person full\-time during business hours. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. * 1\-2 years of experience in a customer service role. * Proficient in English; additional languages will be an advantage. * Comfortable using computers and familiar with using office software. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Friendly and supportive work environment.
