**About The Role**
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to join our growing team at Upmotion Tech. You will be the first dedicated HR hire in the company, owning the full people operations function from daily attendance and leave management to recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, can build systems from scratch, and communicates well with both a technical team and senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage daily attendance, timings, and leave records for all team members
* Coordinate monthly payroll processing and resolve employee pay queries
* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer letters
* Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Draft and enforce HR policies in line with company culture and local labour law
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
* Coordinate with management on team structure, performance reviews, and appraisals
* Support the COO with people\-related reporting and operational admin
**What We Are Looking For**
* 1\-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or services company
* Solid understanding of Pakistani labour laws and HR best practices
* Strong organisational skills with a habit of following through
* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
* Comfortable working in a small, informal, fast\-moving team
* Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
**Nice to Have**
* Experience hiring software engineers or technical roles
* Exposure to building HR processes in a startup or early\-stage company
* Familiarity with platforms like Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, or Breezy HR
