📌 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross-profit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and key decision-makers.
• Generate business across airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, transportation, holiday packages, Umrah, MICE, and group travel.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, sales visits, networking, and business-development activities.
• Prepare quotations, travel proposals, corporate agreements, and customized travel solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and accurate reporting.
• Develop business within travel-intensive sectors including Shipping \& Maritime, Construction, Oil \& Gas, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Banking, Education, Trading, and Multinational Companies.
• Develop relationships with businesses, associations, institutions, and relevant travel-industry partners.

🔹 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

✅ 8–10 years of relevant sales/business-development experience.

✅ Strong experience in Travel \& Tourism / Corporate Travel is highly preferred.

✅ Approximately 4–6 years of corporate or key-account management experience is preferred.

✅ Strong understanding of Pakistan's travel market and corporate travel requirements.

✅ Existing corporate relationships and a strong professional network in Karachi will be a significant advantage.

✅ Experience selling airline tickets, hotels, visas, holiday packages, MICE, corporate travel, or related services.
