Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of its client in the ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ \& ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ for the position of ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive business growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our market presence.

๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ฒ: PKR 70,000 โ 120,000 + Attractive Commission
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project execution.
- Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate CRM records.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3โ5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the Tracking, Telematics, Security Solutions, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
