  • Role Overview

We are looking for a

Sales Manager – Security \& Surveillance Systems, Pakistan

to support SolutionMall’s security systems business development in the Pakistani market.

This is a flexible cooperation-based business development role suitable for professionals with local customer resources, distributor relationships, channel experience, or sales management experience in security systems, CCTV, surveillance equipment, access control, alarm systems, low-voltage systems, ELV solutions, building security, commercial security, or project-based security procurement.

The role focuses on developing customer opportunities, building distributor and channel relationships, identifying real procurement needs, supporting RFQ development, coordinating quotations, and helping SolutionMall promote security and surveillance solutions in Pakistan.

This is not a simple retail sales role. It is a B2B business development and sales management role focused on commercial buildings, industrial facilities, government or institutional projects, residential communities, schools, hospitals, warehouses, logistics facilities, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and project-based security system opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be able to support:

Customer development

Distributor and channel development

RFQ and quotation coordination

Security system solution promotion

  • Key Responsibilities

Customer and Channel Development

Develop customer and channel opportunities in Pakistan, including:

Commercial buildings

Industrial facilities

Warehouses and logistics centers

Residential communities

Schools and universities

Hospitals and healthcare facilities

Hotels and retail facilities

Security system integrators

ELV contractors

CCTV and security equipment distributors

Facility management companies

Government, private, and institutional procurement contacts

Build and maintain practical relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, system integrators, contractors, facility operators, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.

Support SolutionMall in expanding access to security systems, surveillance equipment, access control solutions, alarm systems, ELV products, and project-based security procurement opportunities in Pakistan.

Security and Surveillance Solution Promotion

Promote SolutionMall’s security and surveillance product resources, including:

CCTV cameras

IP surveillance systems

NVR / DVR systems

Video storage and monitoring equipment

Access control systems

Door control and entrance management systems

Intrusion alarm systems

Perimeter security equipment

Intercom systems

Control room and monitoring center equipment

Network switches, cables, connectors, racks, and installation materials

Integrated security solutions for commercial and industrial projects

Help customers understand how different security products and solutions can be selected based on site conditions, monitoring requirements, coverage area, system capacity, budget, integration needs, maintenance expectations, and long-term use requirements.

RFQ and Quotation Follow-Up

Follow up with customers on project background, security needs, site conditions, system requirements, procurement direction, budget expectations, technical requirements, delivery timelines, RFQs, and quotations.

Help convert early customer interest into active RFQs and practical quotation discussions.

Coordinate with SolutionMall teams, suppliers, distributors, contractors, system integrators, and customers to keep qualified security system opportunities moving forward.

Support product selection, quotation communication, project verification, solution confirmation, commercial negotiation, and order-related follow-up where needed.

Market Feedback and Commercial Coordination

Share local market insights in Pakistan, including:

Demand trends

Project opportunities

Customer preferences

Pricing sensitivity

Channel conditions

Competitor activity

Common procurement habits

Popular security and surveillance product categories

Installation and maintenance expectations

After-sales service expectations

Help SolutionMall strengthen its local market understanding and cooperation strategy in Pakistan’s security and surveillance systems sector.

  • Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Security system sales

CCTV or surveillance equipment sales

Access control systems

Intrusion alarm systems

ELV or low-voltage systems

Building security systems

Commercial security equipment

Network video systems

Security project sales

B2B equipment sales

Channel development or distributor cooperation

Sales management in security or surveillance products

Project-based security procurement or RFQ follow-up

Familiar with security systems or surveillance equipment and able to understand customer needs, product selection, RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, and distributor or contractor communication.

Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, contractors, system integrators, facility operators, commercial clients, or project contacts in Pakistan.

Working proficiency in English. Urdu communication ability is preferred.

Preferred

Existing customer or channel resources in Pakistan

Experience with commercial buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, schools, hospitals, hotels, system integrators, ELV contractors, security equipment distributors, or project procurement teams

Experience in RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, channel development, distributor cooperation, sales management, or project opportunity development

Familiarity with Pakistan’s security system and ELV procurement ecosystem

Experience in CCTV, IP surveillance, access control, alarm systems, control rooms, or integrated security projects is a strong advantage

Local project or contractor resources are preferred
