2. Role Overview

We are looking for a

Account Manager – IoT Systems for Smart Offices, Smart Buildings \& Smart Homes, Pakistan

to support SolutionMall’s IoT system business development in Pakistan.

This role is suitable for professionals with experience in B2B sales, business development, IoT systems, smart building solutions, smart office systems, smart home products, building automation, ELV systems, security integration, facility management technology, or project-based technology sales.

The main focus is to develop customers, distributors, system integrators, contractors, real estate developers, facility operators, and project contacts; identify real project requirements; follow up on RFQs; promote suitable IoT system solutions; and support regional market growth.

This is a B2B solution sales role focused on smart office systems, smart buildings, intelligent buildings, smart homes, IoT devices, system integration, project-based opportunities, and long-term customer development.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer and channel opportunities in Pakistan for smart offices, smart buildings, intelligent buildings, smart homes, and IoT system projects.
  • Build relationships with system integrators, distributors, real estate developers, contractors, facility management companies, consultants, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote SolutionMall’s IoT products and solutions, including sensors, gateways, smart lighting, energy monitoring, HVAC control, access control integration, environmental monitoring, and remote management platforms.
  • Follow up on project requirements, application scenarios, RFQs, quotation discussions, budget expectations, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders to support product selection, solution matching, quotation communication, and project progress.
  • Collect market feedback on regional demand, product preferences, pricing levels, channel conditions, competitor activity, and customer purchasing habits.

4. Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • IoT system sales
  • Smart office solutions
  • Smart building or intelligent building systems
  • Smart home systems
  • Building automation systems
  • ELV or security integration
  • Facility management technology
  • Smart lighting or energy monitoring systems
  • HVAC monitoring or control systems
  • B2B technology solution sales
  • System integration project sales
  • Distributor or channel development
  • RFQ and quotation follow-up

Familiar with IoT or smart system solutions and able to understand customer needs, application scenarios, product selection, solution matching, RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, and system integrator communication.

Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, developers, contractors, consultants, facility operators, system integrators, or project contacts in Pakistan.

Working proficiency in English.

Preferred

  • Existing customer, distributor, contractor, or system integrator resources in Pakistan
  • Experience with smart office projects, commercial buildings, residential communities, hotels, hospitals, campuses, shopping malls, or facility management companies
  • Experience with smart sensors, IoT gateways, smart lighting, smart metering, HVAC control, access control, security integration, or centralized management platforms
  • Experience in RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, project opportunity development, or channel development
  • Familiarity with Pakistan’s smart building, smart home, ELV, MEP, facility management, or digital infrastructure project market
  • Urdu or local language communication ability is preferred
