Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Develop key trade lanes and establish partnerships with reliable international sub-agents.
• Oversee international courier operations, including shipment coordination, customs clearance, tracking, and delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Work with IT teams to implement technology-driven solutions such as real-time shipment tracking and route optimization.
• Manage key customer accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, legal, and operations departments for smooth business execution.
• Conduct market research and support the development of new logistics, e-commerce, and reverse logistics solutions.
• Prepare budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade policies.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
