The GM Sales at TAJ Residencia a project of Sardar Group of Companies leads the sales department responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in housing society plots along with residential and commercial projects. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who develops and implements robust sales strategies aligned with the companys objectives. Managing a team of 15 professionals, the GM Sales ensures optimal team performance through supervision, motivation, and skill development. The role requires building and maintaining strong, long\-term relationships with clients, investors, dealers, and business partners to secure consistent business growth. The individual monitors market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales approaches effectively. This position is also responsible for overseeing comprehensive sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The GM Sales partners closely with marketing to design promotional campaigns and coordinates across departments to enhance sales funnel management and pipeline development. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies is key, alongside identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic partnerships to accelerate sales revenue. Success in this role hinges on proven experience in sales strategy, team leadership, and deep knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly within the housing society industry.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets and business goals.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team of 15 persons to optimize performance and productivity.
* Drive sustained sales growth across housing society plots as well as residential and commercial real estate projects.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, dealers, and business partners to foster loyalty and long\-term partnerships.
* Monitor market trends, competitor behavior, and customer requirements in the real estate sector to anticipate changes and adapt strategy.
* Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and analyses to inform senior management decisions.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives that support sales objectives.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
* Manage customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and sustained business retention.
* Oversee sales funnel management and pipeline progression to ensure consistent lead conversion and deal closure.
* Coordinate cross\-functionally with other departments to streamline sales operations and support business targets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic sales planning and approach refinement.
* Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status effectively.
* Maintain oversight of dealer networks to ensure alignment with company sales goals and performance standards.
