Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Design managed network solutions including: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi/WLAN, Internet/MPLS connectivity, Security and firewall solutions.
  • Pre-Sale Activities/ Post-Sales Responsibilities: Customer Coordination via Email, Telephone, CRM ticket handling, Customer Visits.
  • Draft Teechnical proposal, Solution diagrams, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), HLD/LLD documents
  • Conduct customer presentations and technical discussions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and technical validation.
  • Lead or support implementation and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with Core network teams, Field operations, NOC, Security teams and Vendors
  • Perform enterprise solution configurations, integration and testing
  • Prepare and maintain, As-built documentation, Acceptance reports, Operational handover documents
  • Support sales teams during RFP/RFQ responses, Tender submissions, Technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Ensure solutions meet SLA, scalability, redundancy, and security requirements.

Requirements:

  • BS Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer handling and relationship management.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Team coordination and stakeholder management
