Supply Chain Executive

Job Description:

• Manage issuance of civil works and OFC materials, including ducts, RPC covers, fiber cables, and other related materials.
• Issue, maintain, and track tools and equipment.
• Handle HW tickets and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
• Process invoicing of faulty and replacement hardware through SAP.
• Manage consumables and support accounts-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, consumables, invoices, and other SCM-related transactions.
• Process civil bills and prepare related reports.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative and operational support tasks as required.
• Process salary claims, travel claims, petty cash reimbursements, and other employee-related financial requests.
• Manage uniform issuance and maintain relevant records.
• Handle manual attendance and overtime records and coordinate necessary updates.
• Process medical and leave-related submissions and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and tracking of bike trackers.

Requirements:

• BS Accounting \& Finance/BBA Finance/MBA Finance or related field
• Good Communication
• Understanding of Supply Chain concepts
• Knowhow of SAP
• Ability to handle support/administrative/operational tasks
