Merchandiser - Frozen Food

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets as per the agreed schedule.
• Ensure products are

properly displayed and positioned

according to brand guidelines.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Check product pricing, promotional materials, and shelf displays.
• Ensure adequate

shelf space and product visibility

.

• Monitor product expiry dates and follow

FIFO/FEFO

practices where applicable.

• Set up promotional displays and point-of-sale materials.
• Coordinate with store staff and sales teams regarding stock and display requirements.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, store visits, and merchandising activities.
• Report out-of-stock situations and other market observations to the supervisor.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.

Qualifications \& Skills

• High School/Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a

Merchandiser, Sales Merchandiser, Retail Merchandiser, or FMCG Merchandiser

preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
• Ability to travel between multiple retail locations.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• UAE retail/FMCG experience is an advantage
