Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a skilled Mechanical, Electrical \& Plumbing Engineer with a solid background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree and has at least five years of experience in designing, coordinating, and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in healthcare or related facilities. This role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical circuits, and plumbing system design, combined with proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP. The engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all building systems meet safety standards, compliance regulations, and project specifications while maintaining efficiency and reliability.
The successful candidate excels in interpreting technical drawings and layouts, troubleshooting complex system issues, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines. This role demands excellent communication skills to prepare detailed reports and collaborate with construction teams and stakeholders. The engineer will work independently, managing tasks under pressure to achieve high\-quality outcomes for healthcare infrastructure projects. Familiarity with building information modeling and knowledge of relevant codes and standards underpin the ability to deliver practical and innovative solutions tailored to the requirements of modern healthcare environments.
**Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems tailored to healthcare facility requirements.
* Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit MEP software.
* Coordinate project activities with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
* Apply knowledge of HVAC, electrical circuits, and plumbing system design principles following applicable codes and standards.
* Conduct site inspections and supervise installation to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, maintaining up\-to\-date knowledge of relevant standards.
* Manage project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and compliance certifications.
* Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines while optimizing resource utilization and cost efficiency.
* Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and issue resolution.
* Implement building information modeling practices to enhance design accuracy and coordination.
* Stay current with advancements in MEP engineering technologies and industry best practices relevant to healthcare infrastructure.
