Location: Noida, UP, IN Areas of Work: Supply Chain Job Id: 14884 **External Job Description** **Job Purpose:** * Handle ER/ IR responsibility with respect to employee welfare, employee grievance management, disciplinary control, union management and liaisoning with external stake holders. * Responsible for designing, implementing, and driving Learning \& Development initiatives for Executives and Plant teams through dedicated capability\-building programs. * Responsible for HR administrative processes such as time office \& payroll, facilities management, contract labour management , labour law compliances. * Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle with a strong focus on effective recruitment, seamless onboarding, robust performance management, and ongoing people processes. * Leading Employee Relations agendas while fostering a positive work environment and strengthening employee engagement at the plant. * Support Senior Manager – Plant Personnel in handling industrial relations in the plant. **Business Responsibility Areas** **HR Business Partner responsibilities:** * Lead the recruitment, onboarding, induction areas for Executives and Operators at plant * Lead the learning \& development as well as capability building agenda at the plant in coordination with Central ERIR team * Track and report Plant HR performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics in the form of dashboards and scorecards * Prepare a detailed engagement events calendar for the plant covering different employee cohorts and execute it in a timely manner within budgets to the satisfaction of all stakeholders * Drive the rewards and recognition agenda at the plant in partnership with Plant AGM and functional heads to promote company values and desired behaviours at the plant – conduct online and offline events in this regard for maximum socialization * Provide full support for the Behaviour Based Safety agenda at the plant as one of the leaders in audits, evaluations, corrective actions, long term steps etc. in coordination with the Plant EHS team and other stakeholders * Provide support to the Sr. Manager – HR and other functional heads for performance management and evaluation of the Executives and Operators at the plant * Lead the Health and Wellness agenda at the plant through in\-depth understanding of employees’ needs in this area and execution of detailed plans in this regard * Ownership of the HRIT data for Executives and Operators at the unit – keeping it up to date and accurate at all times and taking required actions in coordination with Central HRIT team * Address grievances of Permanent and contract employees of the plant. * Identify Risks and make process changes to mitigate the same **Employee Relations Agenda** * Strengthen the grievance redressal process and resolve employee grievances with respect to welfare. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve any grievances on the shopfloor. * Design and implement employee involvement and welfare initiatives * Participate and support Sr. Manager in driving initiatives in the area of employee relations. **Education Qualification** MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B\-school **Previous Work Experience** 1\-2 years Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and development, Employee Relations, Unions \& Stakeholder Management
