Manager- HRBP

for a full-stack home resale and property platform based in Mumbai that revolutionises the way users buy and sell secondary homes. This tech enabled startup has recently raised series A funding led by Stellaris Ventures and in this role you will work closely with Business Unit leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness

Responsibilities -

• Partner with business leaders to lead culture and employee experience initiatives that enable people to perform optimally
• Use people data and insights to improve retention, engagement, and team health
• Be the go-to advisor for managers on performance, engagement, growth, and employee conflict resolution
• Run seamless people operations across onboarding, policies, employee lifecycle, and workplace administration.
• Successfully execute all HR Cycle processes (Objective Setting, Talent Review, Mid-Year performance cycles, Talent Development Plans, Annual Salary Review, budget management, organizational structure, etc.) and ensure HR system updates are completed in a timely manner.
• Build scalable HR processes, systems, and policies for a fast-growing organisation
• Automate HR processes, introduce \& optimise HRMS tools \& technologies to streamline processes
• Establish a robust performance appraisal system, incorporating goal setting and regular reviews. Monitor employee performance closely, collaborating with managers to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.
• Address employee concerns proactively and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Good to have -

• 2+ years of HRBP experience in high-growth, early stage startups
• Ability to drive culture, employee engagement, and team experience initiatives
• Strong understanding of performance management, feedback, and talent development
• Experience in automating HR processes using tools \& technologies

Location - Goregaon, Mumbai

CTC - Rs.15-18 Lpa (Basis last drawn)
