Legal Counsel

**Our client** , a healthcare\-focused global software development company, is seeking a **Junior Legal Counsel** to join their team in a **fully remote capacity** . This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate looking to transition in\-house, work closely with cross\-functional business teams, and grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring an eagerness to learn, a strong work ethic, and an interest in supporting a fast\-paced, technology\-driven business. **Role** : Jr. Legal Counsel **Schedule** : REMOTE, work Central or East Coast hours **Salary** : $100K \- $105K \+ 20% target bonus **Responsibilities** * Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including (MSAs), (SOWs), NDAs, service agreements, supplier agreements, and other atypical or bespoke contracts * Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and key obligations * Conduct legal research on topics relevant to the business, including healthcare, data privacy, and commercial law * Collaborate with the compliance team as needed on cross\-functional matters * Assist in developing and improving contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes * Explore and help implement AI\-powered legal tools and workflows to improve efficiency across the legal function **Qualifications** * Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction * 1–3\+ years of relevant legal experience * Strong interest in transitioning to an in\-house role and working closely with business stakeholders
