Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands\-on Director of Customer Service to lead the customer service function in a high\-volume environment within a well\-established
**B2B industrial distribution organization.**
This leader will own service strategy, drive team performance, and optimize systems (EDI/ERP) while partnering cross\-functionally to elevate both customer experience and operational efficiency.
💼 Key responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the customer service team, fostering a performance\-driven and accountable culture
* Oversee order management, escalations, pricing and stock checks, and overall service delivery
* Drive optimization of EDI and ERP workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Partner with IT, Sales, and Operations to streamline processes and strengthen communication
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement standardized service processes
* Provide reporting, insights, and reco

to senior leadership
✅ Qualifications:
* 5\+ years of customer service leadership experience
* experience in B2B required, wholesale distribution is an asset
* Strong EDI experience
* Process\-driven with a strong systems mindset
* Post secondary education in Business Administration or other related field
