Junior Engineer

**Position Summary** We are looking for a motivated **Junior Engineer** to support high\-rise construction projects. This entry\-level role will assist senior engineers with site supervision, documentation, quality control, and coordination under the guidance of experienced site management. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in supervising daily construction activities and monitoring work progress against project schedules. * Support preparation of daily/weekly site reports, material tracking, and manpower deployment records. * Conduct basic quality inspections on materials, formwork, concrete pours, and finishing works. * Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth site operations. * Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. * Monitor site safety compliance and participate in toolbox talks and safety audits. * Help track material deliveries, inventory, and shortages for timely procurement. * Support quantity take\-offs and basic cost monitoring under senior engineer guidance. * Attend site meetings and document action items and follow\-ups. * Learn high\-rise construction sequencing, floor cycles, and critical path activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** , Construction Engineering, or related field. * **0\-2 years experience** (fresh graduates with internships welcome). * Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and high\-rise sequencing. * Familiarity with **AutoCAD** , MS Excel, and basic site documentation. * Willingness to **relocate to Ras Al Khaimah** and work site\-based hours. * Good communication skills and team player attitude. * Physically fit for site work environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Internship experience in high\-rise or building construction projects. * UAE construction market exposure (RAK/Dubai preferred). * Basic knowledge of UAE building codes and safety standards. * Driver License is an advantage
