Site Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a capable and diligent Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate on\-site construction activities for our projects across the UAE. This role requires ensuring technical compliance, robust progress monitoring, and proactive problem\-solving on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and hands\-on experience managing site operations for large\-scale developments, including high floor residential projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications. * Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction\-related issues. * Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations, and promptly address any discrepancies. * Monitor project progress, prepare daily site reports, and communicate updates to the project management team. * Assist in resource allocation, material management, and site logistics to maintain efficient operations. * Oversee the implementation of safety procedures and risk assessments on site. * Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to the workforce. * Maintain accurate project records, including material usage, site changes, and quality assurance documentation. * Support in the handover process and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Maximum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction, ideally within the UAE. * Demonstrated experience working on high floor residential projects. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, building codes, and local authority requirements. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software. * Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience on large\-scale residential, commercial, or mixed\-use developments. * Sound understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures. * Exceptional teamwork, coordination, and time\-management abilities. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving site conditions. * Previous experience in both contractor and developer environments is an advantage.
