Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
