is hiring a Group Business manager in Lahore.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Group Business Manager to oversee our diverse business units within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with overall company goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of managers across multiple business units.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing, finance, and HR to optimize business processes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management detailing business performance, forecasts, and potential growth areas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and market trends to enhance growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations across all business units.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar managerial role.
