Ltd. is hiring a commercially driven 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 \& 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 to lead the growth of its 4×4 Pickup Vehicle line. This strategic role requires a seasoned leader to drive revenue, strengthen market positioning, and lead impactful sales and marketing initiatives. 🔷 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 Lead nationwide sales, marketing, and business development for the pickup/LCV segment, ensuring growth across both 𝐁2𝐁 (𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁2𝐂 (𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥/𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞) markets. 🔷 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: \- Drive Nationwide Sales strategy and revenue growth \- Expand retail, corporate, and government segments \- Lead 360° marketing (digital, ATL, BTL, launches) \- Strengthen and grow the 3S dealer network \- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships \- Manage Sales \& Marketing P\&L and lead high\-performing teams 🔷 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 ✔ Proven leadership in sales \& marketing operations ✔ Experience across B2B and B2C channels ✔ Strong automotive industry network and dealer management expertise ✔ Data\-driven mindset with CRM \& digital funnel experience ✔ Exposure to Pickup / LCV / SUV and fleet sales preferred 🔷 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 \- Master’s degree (MBA preferred) \- 12–15\+ years in Automotive Sales \& Marketing \- 5\+ years in senior leadership roles \- Strong dealer network and fleet sales exposure \- Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools 📩 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰 / 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬: **zahra.rafiq@fulcrum\-pk.com**
