Job Description
**Position Summary**
The General Manager is responsible for leading the national sales, marketing, and business development strategy for the 4\*4 vehicle line. This role is a strategic leadership position focused on achieving aggressive sales targets, expanding market share in the LCV/Pickup segment, and elevating brand positioning through data\-driven marketing and a high\-performing dealer network.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Sales Strategy \& Execution**
* Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Drive growth across Retail, Corporate Fleet, and Institutional/Government segments.
* Manage pricing strategies and sales incentives to remain competitive while protecting margins.
* Lead Sales \& Operations Planning (S\&OP) to ensure inventory alignment with market demand.
**2\. Marketing \& Brand Management**
* Oversee the 360\-degree marketing calendar, including digital performance marketing, ATL/BTL, and product launches.
* Reposition the 4\*4 brand as both a "rugged workhorse" and a "premium lifestyle" vehicle.
* Manage agency relationships to ensure high\-quality creative output and optimal media spend.
**3\. Dealer Network \& Business Development**
* Expand and professionalize the dealer network; ensure compliance with 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) standards.
* Implement dealer training programs to improve conversion rates and customer handling.
* Identify and penetrate new market segments, including NGOs, construction, and agricultural sectors.
**4\. Leadership \& Financial Control**
* Manage the Sales \& Marketing P\&L, ensuring high ROI on promotional spending.
* Lead and mentor a high\-performance team, setting clear, data\-driven KPIs.
* Analyze competitors' moves and provide "Voice of Customer" feedback to improve the product.
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* **Education:**
Master's degree in Business or Engineering (MBA from a reputable institution is preferred).
* **Experience:**
12–15\+ years in Automotive Sales \& Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* **Segment Expertise:**
Proven track record in the Pickup (LCV) or SUV segment is highly desirable.
* **Technical Savvy:**
Experience with CRM systems and digital lead management funnels.
