Limited is hiring for **Fulcrum Our Client** for the position of General Manager – Cane Development (Sugar Mills). This role is responsible for leading end\-to\-end cane development operations to ensure a sustainable and high\-quality supply of sugarcane through effective farmer engagement, crop improvement, and efficient procurement strategies. Key **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute **cane development and procurement strategies** * Build and manage strong relationships with **farmers and grower networks** * Ensure consistent availability of **quality sugarcane** in line with production targets * Drive initiatives to improve **crop yield, acreage, and recovery rates** * Oversee **field operations, harvesting, and transportation planning** * Monitor crop progress, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency * Implement modern **agricultural practices and cane development programs** * Lead and manage regional cane development teams * Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance for seamless operations * Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards **Requirements** * M.Sc.
