**About The Opportunity**
A dynamic player in the UAE’s import\-export and logistics sector, we specialize in end\-to\-end international trade operations—handling customs clearance, documentation, and client coordination with precision. Our front\-line team plays a critical role in shaping first impressions, streamlining visitor and client experience, and ensuring seamless internal communication across departments.
**Role \& Responsibilities**
* Manage all front desk operations including visitor check\-in, call routing, and mail/document distribution with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff—maintaining a calm, efficient, and responsive service environment.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and assist with basic administrative support for senior management.
* Monitor and update visitor logs, security protocols, and daily activity reports to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.
* Receive and dispatch courier packages, maintain organized records, and liaise with reception vendors as needed.
* Escalate urgent requests or unresolved issues promptly to relevant departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
