Our client Roots International Schools is looking for a Faculty for Hospitality and Tourism Management in Lahore
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Faculty Member for the Hospitality and Tourism Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high\-quality teaching, developing course materials, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and industry engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
:
* Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
* Develop lesson plans, course content, assessments, and learning resources.
* Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
* Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional standards.
* Foster industry linkages and support curriculum enhancement initiatives.
* Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation activities.
**Requirements**
* Master's degree (minimum) in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
* Relevant teaching experience in higher education.
* Industry experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, or travel management will be an advantage.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in academic technologies and learning management systems.
