The SME will ensure that all interior works meet design intent, quality standards, and project timelines. Key responsibilities * Review and validate interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections. * Provide expert guidance on interior works including flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, joinery, modular furniture, lighting, and MEP integration. * Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution. * Monitor workmanship and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and approved mock\-ups. * Resolve technical issues related to detailing, material compatibility, and site constraints. * Develop and implement QA/QC protocols, inspection checklists, and acceptance criteria for interior works. * Support in vendor evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring. * Conduct training sessions for site engineers and contractors on interior finishing techniques and standards. * Ensure timely completion of interior works aligned with project milestones and handover schedules. Who are we looking for? **Education** * Min.
