We were the highest ranked Indian company on Forbes' list of The World's 100 Most Innovative Growth Companies 2015, for the second year in a row. **Key Responsibilities:** **GST Compliances \-** * Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly and annual GST returns like GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, GSTR\-9, GSTR\-9C * Undertake monthly GST reconciliation between Inward Register and 2B to identify mismatches with vendor reporting, follow\-up with internal stakeholders to undertake corrective actions and ensure accurate ITC claims within statutory timelines. * Undertake 3 way reconciliation for Outward Supply (Invoice vs Eway Bill vs IRN) * Computation of exempt supply reversals and monthly GST liability. * Reconciling GST balances on GST portal with Accounting Books and passing necessary entries. * Passing monthly GST set\-off and ITC reversal entries. * **Audit support** * Reconciliation of revenues between Financial Statements and GST Returns for Annual Compliances. * Providing Inward / Outward Register, backup GST working, Vendor GST reconciliations, Invoices and related data support for GST audits. * Prepare and maintain GST\-related documentation, records, and registers for the purpose of GST refunds. * Liaison with manufacturing units and regional offices for GST matters. * **Strategic initiatives** * Reconciling ISD vendor invoices with GSTR\-6A, Computing ISD distribution and timely filing monthly of GSTR\-6\. * Identifying common costs incurred at Head Office and cross charging the same across various GST registrations. * Drive automation projects with respect to process improvements like Vendor reconciliations, ISD distribution and Outward supply reconciliation and implementation of GST software/ tools. * Handle matters related to accumulation and liquidation of Input Tax Credit (ITC), including preparing refund applications. * Provide support in diagnostic reviews of GST compliance, identifying potential issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in existing GST processes and documentation. **Education and Experience:** Qualified CA with relevant experience in managing GST compliances; preferably having industry experience in FMCG/ pharma. **Skills:** * Hands\-on experience with GST return filings, reconciliations, and audit notices. * Proficiency in excel. * Exposure related to GST software (DigiGST) and SAP. **Work Experience** 2\-4 years **Benefits** **Be an equal parent** Childcare benefits for the birthing parent, commissioning parent (in case of surrogacy) or adoptive parent, and their partners * 6 months of paid leave for primary caregivers, flexible work options on return for primary caregivers * 2 months paid leave for secondary caregivers * Caregiver travel for primary caregivers to bring a caregiver and children under a year old, on work travel Coverage for childbirth and fertility treatment **No place for discrimination at Godrej** Gender\-neutral anti\-harassment policy Same sex partner benefits at par with married spouses Coverage for gender reassignment surgery and hormone replacement therapy Community partnerships and advocacy Persons with Disability (PwD) care **We are selfish about your wellness** Comprehensive health insurance plans, as well as accident coverage for you and your family, with top\-up options Elder care for those who might need to extend support to senior family members Preventative healthcare support Outpatient Department (OPD) coverage, including vaccinations, dental, vision, etc. Uncapped sick leave Flexible work options, including remote working and part\-time work Mental wellness and self\-care programmes, resources and counselling **Celebrating wins, the Godrej Way** Structured recognition platforms for individual, team and business\-level achievements Digital and offline instant recognition platforms. **An inclusive Godrej** Before you go, there is something important we want to highlight.
