The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats. Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain strong follow\-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long\-term client relationships. **Required Skills:** Excellent communication skills in English (verbal \& written). Strong negotiation and objection\-handling skills.
