About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Concentrix. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing outstanding support and solutions to their inquiries. You will handle a variety of customer concerns, including product information, troubleshooting, and account management, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Candidates should demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, patience, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems will be advantageous. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a reliable internet connection if working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Follow established protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
