The company designs and distributes a range of smart home products used by thousands of households, including connected security devices, energy management tools and home automation products. With sales growing rapidly through both direct\-to\-consumer channels and major retail partnerships, the customer experience team plays a crucial role in maintaining high levels of service and brand loyalty. This role sits within the customer operations team and works closely with colleagues across product, logistics and marketing to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
