Our client HC Trade and Engineering Private Limited is looking for a Country Sales Manager \- Energy Storage \& Lithium Batteries in Lahore HC Trade and Engineering Private Limited seeks an experienced and dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead and oversee the nationwide sales operations within the lithium battery and energy storage industry. This pivotal role requires a sales leader with significant expertise in driving business growth, managing a sizable sales team of approximately 15 members, and expanding the companys distribution network across the country. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing strategic sales plans, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in a competitive market environment. The Country Sales Manager will execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the energy storage and lithium battery sector. This individual is expected to proactively monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and position the business effectively. They will be the principal decision\-maker guiding the sales team, optimizing channel partner performance, and expanding the companys presence in both corporate and industrial segments, thereby driving sustainable revenue growth and market penetration. **Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team of 15 personnel to deliver high performance and achieve sales targets. * Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives tailored for lithium battery and energy storage product lines to expand market share. * Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key corporate and industrial clients to foster long\-term business opportunities. * Identify, recruit, and manage an extensive network of channel partners and distributors to broaden product availability and market reach. * Conduct thorough market analysis and forecasting to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. * Drive contract negotiation discussions to secure favorable terms that align with company growth objectives. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales campaigns and promotional activities that support business goals. * Oversee the tracking of sales performance metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership on progress and potential challenges. * Implement effective customer relationship management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage budget allocation, operational expenses, and other administrative functions related to nationwide sales operations. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards within all sales activities and partner engagements. * Continuously assess and improve sales workflows and team capabilities through training and development initiatives.
