Our client Riphah International University is looking for a Assistant Professor, Biomedical Engineering in REMOTE In this position, the Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive course content in biomedical signal processing, medical imaging techniques, and clinical research methodologies. The academic duties include assessing student performance, supervising research projects and theses, and providing valuable feedback to support student success. Furthermore, the faculty member will actively participate in curriculum development, departmental activities, and collaborate with colleagues on research initiatives to contribute to the institutions reputation for academic excellence. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication skills and the ability to guide and inspire students in their scholarly pursuits. **Responsibilities** * Design, prepare, and deliver lectures, laboratory sessions, and tutorials for undergraduate and graduate biomedical engineering courses. * Develop and update course materials to align with evolving technologies and industry standards in biomedical engineering. * Supervise, mentor, and evaluate student research projects, theses, and dissertations, fostering critical thinking and innovation. * Conduct original research in biomedical engineering, focusing on areas such as biomedical signal processing and medical imaging techniques, to contribute to academic literature. * Publish research findings in high\-impact, peer\-reviewed journals to support the universitys research objectives. * Assess and evaluate student learning through assignments, exams, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback. * Participate in academic committees and departmental meetings to support curriculum development and quality assurance. * Stay informed about the latest advancements in biomedical engineering and clinical research methodologies to integrate into teaching and research. * Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners on research projects to secure funding and enhance research capabilities. * Maintain professional registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and adhere to the university's academic standards and ethical guidelines.
