JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating secure, scalable, and highly available cloud and hybrid infrastructure, supporting enterprise-grade applications across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
- Build and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using modern tooling
- Implement cloud governance, security, and compliance controls across all cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain cloud and hybrid networking architectures (VPC, VNet, VCN, connectivity to on-prem)
- Engineer monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
- Support production environments including incident response and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver scalable cloud solutions
- Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams and runbooks
- Design and support hybrid environments integrating on-prem infrastructure using Hyper-V and virtualized platforms
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience (AWS primary, Azure, GCP and OCI exposure)
- Strong AWS expertise (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS)
- Working knowledge of Azure services (Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Virtual Network, Azure AD, AKS)
- Working knowledge of GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE)
- Working knowledge of OCI (Compute, Object Storage, VCN, IAM, OKE)
- Experience with on-prem virtualization technologies including Microsoft Hyper-V
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, and security
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
