Job Description
**Position Overview**
As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various luxury rental projects and commercial builds. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and oversee construction projects including luxury rentals and commercial buildings.
* Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to facilitate cross\-functional teamwork.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
* Assist in project budget estimation and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress and provide solutions to any challenges that arise.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineer
* Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Manitoba or eligibility for registration.
* Experience in leading a team is an asset
* Stamping \& Compliance experience.
* Wood\-Frame Experience
