About the Role
Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth within our HR Consultancy division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and promoting HR solutions and outsourcing services.
Note: Prior experience working with an HR Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or HR Services organization is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Promote HR services including Recruitment, Executive Search, Payroll Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, Staffing, and Workforce Solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure quality service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and business development reports.
Qualifications \& Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience within HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or HR Services.
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop corporate accounts.
Strong networking and client acquisition capabilities.
