Position Overvi ewThe Business Development Manager will lead and institutionalize the business development function, ensuring a structured, process\-driven approach to pipeline generation, proposal management, and revenue growth. The role requires independent ownership of BD operations across infrastructure sectors, aligning all initiatives with organizational strategy and long\-term growth objective s.2\. Key Responsibiliti es2\.1 Business Development \& Pipeline Manageme nt Develop and maintain a 12–18 month rolling pipeline across water, transport, buildings, and consultancy sector s. Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in both public and private sector s. Track opportunities from lead generation to project award, ensuring systematic follow\-up s.2\.2 Proposal \& Tender Manageme nt Lead the EOI\-to\-submission lifecycle, ensuring compliance, quality, and timelines s. Prepare and review prequalification documents, technical proposals, and consultancy service agreement s. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure competitive and compliant submission s.2\.3 Strategic Planning \& Market Developme nt Formulate sector\-specific growth strategies aligned with organizational strength s. Conduct market intelligence analysis, including competitor benchmarking and opportunity mappin g. Support expansion into international markets (e.g., KSA, USA ).2\.4 Client \& Partnership Manageme nt Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholder s. Establish and manage Joint Ventures (JV) and consortium partnership s. Lead client engagements, presentations, and negotiation s.2\.5 Revenue \& Performance Manageme nt Improve win rates and pipeline conversion ratio s. Identify cross\-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client portfolio s. Achieve defined revenue and growth target s.2\.6 Institutional Developme nt Develop and implement SOPs, templates, and BD workflow s. Introduce structured reporting systems and dashboard s. Integrate BD processes within ERP system s.2\.7 Leadership \& Coordinati on Lead and manage BD and proposal team s. Ensure cross\-functional alignment with Finance, HR, and Operations for seamless project executio n. Provide weekly dashboards and monthly performance summaries to managemen t.3\.
