Our client Riphah International University is looking for a Associate Professor of Oral Biology in REMOTE
The Associate Professor will undertake clinical teaching Responsibilities
, guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students in the foundational and clinical aspects of Oral Biology. The role includes designing, developing, and updating curricula to reflect current scientific knowledge and clinical advances. Candidates must demonstrate a solid record of publications in recognized national and international journals and show willingness to engage in postgraduate mentorship and research supervision. Experience in curriculum development is a plus, alongside a proven ability to foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and evidence\-based practice in the dental sciences.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver high\-quality lectures, seminars, and clinical teaching sessions in Oral Biology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
* Develop, update, and refine curricula ensuring alignment with current scientific research and clinical practices in oral and dental biology.
* Conduct and supervise research projects, contributing to the academic reputation of Riphah International University through publications in recognized journals.
* Provide mentorship to postgraduate students, supporting their academic progress and research activities.
* Participate in academic committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and research programs.
* Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate oral biology content across dental and basic sciences disciplines.
* Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical assessments to ensure mastery of subject matter.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Oral Biology and related fields to inform teaching and research.
* Engage in community outreach and professional development activities to enhance the department's visibility and impact.
* Ensure compliance with the standards and guidelines established by higher education and medical/dental councils.
