Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Assistant Professor in Healthcare Management to join its esteemed faculty. This role demands a skilled academic professional with a PhD in Healthcare Management or related disciplines and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses an in\-depth understanding of healthcare systems, policy, quality management, and hospital operations. **Responsibilities**
* Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in healthcare management and related subjects, ensuring engaging and effective instruction that meets academic standards.
* Develop and revise curriculum content to reflect current trends and innovations in healthcare policy, administration, quality improvement, and healthcare finance.
* Conduct rigorous research in healthcare management, resulting in publications in recognized peer\-reviewed journals; contribute to scholarly dialogue and knowledge advancement.
* Guide and supervise students through academic projects, theses, and dissertations, fostering critical thinking and research skills.
* Utilize educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance student learning experiences and streamline course administration.
* Engage with healthcare institutions, public health organizations, and industry partners to build partnerships that support academic and professional development opportunities for students.
* Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality management standards, and patient safety practices applicable to teaching and research activities.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development committees, and institutional quality assurance initiatives to ensure academic excellence.
* Apply analytical skills for quantitative research methods, data interpretation, and healthcare policy analysis to contribute to applied and theoretical scholarship.
* Collaborate in interdisciplinary research projects and academic activities, promoting integration of healthcare management with related fields.
