The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Management Sciences and possess strong academic leadership skills alongside a proven track record in curriculum development. Although this role does not involve formal team management, the position plays a critical role in advancing academic standards and supporting the institution's educational goals through comprehensive academic Responsibilities and leadership at the departmental level. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high\-quality teaching, designing and updating curricula in accordance with academic standards, and participating in academic planning and development initiatives. Candidates with prior experience as a Head of Department or Academic Coordinator are highly preferred, as this experience will contribute to effective academic governance. Publications in HEC\-recognized journals will further demonstrate academic commitment and research proficiency, which aligns with the university's commitment to research\-driven education. **Responsibilities** * Develop and update curriculum to ensure relevance, rigor, and alignment with academic standards and institutional goals. * Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive learning to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Management Sciences. * Contribute to academic leadership by coordinating academic activities and participating in departmental planning. * Design assessment tools and evaluate student performance to maintain high educational standards. * Collaborate with other faculty members to promote interdisciplinary studies and academic excellence. * Engage in research activities and publish scholarly articles in recognized academic journals, particularly those recognized by HEC. * Participate in academic committees and contribute to policy formulation and implementation. * Assist in the accreditation process by preparing necessary academic documentation and reports. * Support student academic progress through mentoring, guidance, and addressing academic concerns. * Stay updated with the latest advances in Management Sciences and incorporate best practices in teaching and curriculum design.
