Role \& Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, guiding them through menu offerings with product knowledge and upselling finesse.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input into POS systems, and relay to kitchen/bar with precision.
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation, temperature, and timing meet brand standards.
- Manage table turnover efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attentive, polite service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests diplomatically and escalate when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, reset tables, and assist with closing procedures.
Skills \& Qualifications
