About The Opportunity A dynamic logistics and import-export firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in fast-paced supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods from global suppliers to local markets. Our warehouse and packing teams are the backbone of our operational excellence—keeping inventory accurate, shipments secure, and delivery timelines locked. We’re scaling quickly and need reliable, detail-oriented Packing Helpers to join our on-site team in the UAE.
Role \& Responsibilities
- Prepare and package goods for shipment according to order specifications and carrier guidelines.
- Label, seal, and organize boxes with precision to ensure correct product identification and damage-free transit.
- Assist in inventory handling—sorting, stacking, and moving stock using manual or mechanical aids.
- Support warehouse staff in loading/unloading delivery vehicles and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
- Verify packing lists against actual contents and flag discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures for handling fragile, hazardous, or high-value items.
Skills \& Qualifications
Must-Have
- Packing experience in warehouse or logistics environments
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting and repetitive tasks
- Basic English reading and writing for label and checklist accuracy
- Attention to detail for error-free packing and labeling
- Familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven shifts
Preferred
- Experience with shipping platforms like DHL, Fedex, or Aramex
- Knowledge of UAE customs documentation basics
- Previous work in import/export or e-commerce fulfillment
