Job Title: VP, Legal Counsel - Data Center Leasing
Location: Remote
Salary: $250K–$300K+, plus bonus

This opportunity places you at the strategic heart of a high-growth organization, providing critical legal guidance on major projects in advanced digital infrastructure. As VP, Legal Counsel, you will help shape the contracting framework for large-scale initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of data center leases and service agreements with enterprise customers.
- Advise on deal structuring for complex transactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial management and project teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements supporting large-scale projects.
- Develop scalable legal infrastructure.
- Manage outside counsel.
- Support broader legal operations, including compliance and risk management.
Must-Have Skills:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.

5+ years of direct experience negotiating large-scale data center lease agreements with hyperscalers.
- Willingness to travel 10–20% within the U.S.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Law firm and in-house experience.
- Experience with commercial real estate financings.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management in data center environments.
- Strong communication skills and good business judgment.
