**Role Description** We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for handling operations, validating information via phone, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth business flow. We require someone who is reliable, professional, and possesses exceptional communication skills. **Qualifications** * Coordinate dispatch tasks and conduct phone calls to verify and validate critical information accurately. * Manage schedules, organize documents, and handle professional correspondence. * Assist with project coordination, manage databases, and provide cross\-departmental support. * Conduct research and prepare detailed reports as required by management. **Key Requirements;** * Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory. * Candidates with a neutral or US English accent will be highly preferred. * Strong organizational skills, including calendar management and task coordination. * Proficiency in office software (MS Office/Google Workspace), databases, and virtual meeting platforms. * Proven ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and maintain close attention to detail under deadlines. * Previous experience in a dispatch or similar support role is preferred. **Technical Requirements** * Must have a **stable, high\-speed internet connection** with power backup. * A quiet, professional remote workspace free from background noise. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high accuracy. **Shift \& Schedule** Shift Duration: 9\-hour daily shifts.
