Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
SAP-Based Functions
- Manage and process warning memos through the SAP system:
- Generate reports and notify concerned departments
- Issue, cancel, and follow up on warning memos
- Ensure timely closure of pending absence cases
- Raise and resolve SAP-related technical issues via Khadamatech ticketing system
Attendance \& Absence Management
- Prepare and analyze various absence and attendance reports:
- Weekly absenteeism report
- Statistical absence and attendance reports
- Wellbeing statistics
- Executive-level summary reports
- Track absenteeism by:
- Clearing system errors
- Generating direct approved absence reports
- Processing and verifying sick leaves and other absence requests
Medical \& Disciplinary Support
- Coordinate Medical Committee requests and documentation
- Prepare quarterly reports for the Disciplinary Committee
- Follow up on disciplinary matters with TM staff
Location \& Employee Data Management
- Verify existing employee physical locations
- Ensure accuracy of newly submitted location updates
Communication \& Administrative Support
- Draft official correspondence including memos, circulars, and emails
- Address employee and department queries related to:
- Overtime
- Compensatory off
- Leave and absence processes (via Khadamatech, email, and phone)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in
SAP HR modules
- Excellent
report analysis
and
data interpretation skills
- Advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
- Strong
presentation
and
communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
